Expert Hellas has published recently a press release in Naftemporiki, one of Greece’s most established and influential business and financial media outlets. Released on the occasion of the company’s annual conference, the publication highlights the company’s 2025 performance and broader strategic development.
The press release presents a year of strong results for Expert Hellas, with 7% growth, €39.3 million turnover. At the same time, it reflects a broader business direction focused not only on financial performance, but also on infrastructure, services, people and sustainability.
As part of the international Expert network, Expert Hellas continues to strengthen its position in the Greek market through a network of 44 stores across the country. This combination of international scale and local proximity remains central to its market approach and customer service model.
The publication also highlights the company’s continued investment in digital development. A new platform has been introduced to support both operational efficiency and the in-store customer journey. Among its features is an in-store sales tool connected directly to the Expert eShop, allowing store teams to quickly identify suitable available products for customers. It also provides access to centralised administrative and commercial documents, supporting smoother day-to-day processes across the network.
People development remains another important focus area. Expert Hellas employs around 200 people in its stores, of whom 44% are women, and continues to invest in structured training programmes designed to support employee growth and long-term capability building.
Sustainability is also an important part of the company’s ongoing strategy. In 2025, more than 600 tons of appliances were recycled, supported by recycling infrastructure across the store network and a free pick-up service for old appliances. More than 70% of recycled devices were large domestic appliances, showing the practical scale of these efforts.
In addition, the publication reflects Expert Hellas’ commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility, underlining the company’s wider role not only as a retailer, but also as an active contributor to local communities.
The publication is available in both Greek and English, supporting broader international visibility for the company’s annual update.
