From June 10–11, 2025, the vibrant city of Alicante hosted our annual Expert Marketing & eCommerce Omnichannel Meeting 2025, bringing together teams from member countries for two days of strategic insight, cross-market exchange, and actionable inspiration.
This year’s meeting provided a structured platform to address common challenges, strengthen cross-functional cooperation, and explore actionable solutions that support the long-term competitiveness of our marketing and eCommerce teams across the Expert International group.
🧭 Guided by Core Themes
To ensure the meeting was relevant and results-driven, we built the agenda around three key themes that emerged directly from our member country survey responses:
🔹 Mastering Omnichannel
Creating seamless customer journeys across physical and digital touchpoints, while aligning central strategies with local execution.
Topics included journey mapping, local market adaptation, measurement frameworks, and building shared KPIs between marketing and commercial teams.
🔹 AI in Action
Moving from hype to hands-on use. Participants explored how AI is already being embedded into real workflows to speed up execution, improve personalization, and reduce workload across content, campaigns, and analytics.
🔹 Making Marketing Count
With tighter budgets and increasing performance pressure, we focused on turning effort into measurable results — through smarter data use, better targeting, and impactful creative decisions.
To bring these themes to life, we invited four standout solution partners whose platforms directly respond to the needs raised by our members.
In addition to our solution experts, several member countries shared presentations showcasing local success stories, challenges, and initiatives — offering practical insight and sparking valuable conversation.
Both days featured structured workshops designed to surface real market pain points, align perspectives between marketing and eCommerce teams, and collaboratively explore possible solutions. The energy in each session reflected a strong commitment to mutual learning and practical problem-solving — not just theory.

Thank you once again to every speaker, participant, and country representative for making this year’s event not only insightful but inspiring.
