The fourth introductory day of the year took place at the Expert SE headquarters in Langenhagen — marking another key milestone in the onboarding journey of new colleagues. A total of 13 new employees began their time at Expert SE together, including numerous experienced professionals who made a deliberate choice to continue their careers within the expert organisation.
Among the participants was Manuel Bach, the new Head of the PC Department, who used the opportunity to gain insights into Expert SE from various perspectives and to connect with fellow new colleagues.
Right at the start, participants were welcomed with a special highlight: an interactive company rally, during which they collaboratively explored and assembled the history of Expert. This new and engaging element enriched the first of the two onboarding days, making the introduction both informative and dynamic.
The programme continued with insightful presentations from a range of departments, followed by a visit to the logistics centre and a guided tour through the office spaces at headquarters. These components offered a comprehensive introduction to the organisational structure, workflows and people who shape daily life at Expert SE.
